The HealthComp Foundation was established in 2016 utilizing funding from a for-profit affiliate of The Center for Health Affairs (now WellLink).
The mission of the HealthComp Foundation is to promote community well-being and achieve equity through partnerships and investments.
Our vision is to support Cuyahoga County residents in leading their healthiest lives and create a place where systems and conditions allow people to achieve their optimal physical, mental, and social well-being.
